Data deletion
You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@viralx.in from the address on your account, with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- We’ll confirm it’s you, then delete your account, briefs and enquiries within 30 days.
- We’ll email you when it’s done.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile and sign-in details
- Briefs and reference links you submitted
- Enquiries and newsletter subscription
What we may keep
Invoices and payment records, which we must retain under tax law, and delivered work that belongs to you. Backups roll off within 30 days.
To unsubscribe from the newsletter only, reply “unsubscribe” to any issue, or email us.
